Ho’oponopono is an ancient non-religious Hawaiian practice of reconciliation and forgiveness. I love the name and it works like a charm. This meditation teaches how the feeling is just a feeling, which means that we don't have to wallow in the negative feelings and we can decide to replace them with the positive ones.
Ho’oponopono helps to clear the lower energies that are caused by frustration, anxiety, procrastination, jealousy, comparison or habits of blaming others or yourself, maybe trying to force opinions or beliefs onto anyone else (arguments).
Or when you need to forgive yourself, your body and your mind, do Ho'oponopono. It helps the ego to release whatever has happened in the past: yesterday, today or years ago.
This is a quick release and medication to those situations when you feel angry, confronted and someone has hurt you (or the other way round). It is an effective way to forgive, which is essential when you are decluttering your life and want to grow and elevate yourself.
Ho'oponopono is a tool for atonement, for correcting errors, erasing the effects of past actions and memories that cause havoc and grief in our lives. It’s the best way to look within, which is the best way to help others and yourself.
Always, help yourself first and that’s the way you can help the others. Like they guide in a airplane. I call it healthy selfishness.
If you are ready face the inevitable (life likes to repeat the same story until you are ready to learn the lesson), release the resistance and tap into love and approval, breathe these sentences in and out. You can say them out loud (always more effective) or just silently in your mind. In any place, any time.
Be open to experience the peace and balance and repeat the Ho’oponopono mantra:
1) I’m sorry. 2) Please forgive me. 3) I love you. 4) Thank you.
You can do a few rounds. Take a deep breath in and sight it all out. Rest of moment.
That's all what is needed, feel how you feel. It's all good.
Peace, Jenni
